Senior Support Vendor Operations (m/f/x)

What we’re looking for
- Ensure that procurement orders are placed and confirmed in a time
- Communicate and coordinate production and shipment priorities based on demand, stock levels, and vendor capabilities
- Make informed decisions on fast stock replenishment using supply chain assessment tools
- Ensure the timely and seamless transfer of ordered categories and articles to logistics from designated suppliers
- Confirm and process shipments and provide full documentary support for each shipment
- Identify irregularities in operations and transform them into standardized processes
- Participate in cross-functional and non-standard projects in the field of supplier operations
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field
Relevant experience (2+ years) in international purchasing, procurement and supply chain (retail, wholesale or manufacturing)
Hands-on experience with foreign supplier
Expertise in Incoterms, purchasing and transport documentation
Knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
Systems thinking and strong analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Language skills: Russian - fluent, English - B1 (Intermediate and higher), Chinese would be a plus
