What we’re looking for

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and manage inventory levels across product categories to maintain ideal stock levels in line with defined KPIs.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with category-specific suppliers to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment.

  • Proactively identify and address potential supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation plans.

  • Review and optimize ordering system recommendations; take ownership of the full ordering process, including supplier purchase orders.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Category Management, and Procurement to ensure efficient purchase order processing.
    Use analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL to evaluate supply data and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and efficiency.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory optimization, supply planning, or supply chain management.

  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and delivering multi-stakeholder projects.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.

  • Demonstrated success in improving inventory performance and supply chain efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Leadership experience in coordinating or managing cross-functional teams.

  • APICS or other relevant supply chain certifications preferred.

  • Strong project management capabilities and structured working style.
